Requirements

8+ years of hands-on experience in multilayer PCB eCAD design
Proficiency with Cadence Allegro (mandatory)
Deep knowledge of PCB layout processes including library development, schematic capture, part placement, constraints, power planning, routing, impedance control, and post-Gerber processing
Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with high-density, high component count boards
Exposure to SI-PI analysis and collaboration with fabrication houses
Flexibility to work with international teams and clients

Responsibilities

Design compact, high-density, and high component count PCB layouts (Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal)
Own the complete PCB layout process flow from schematic capture to post-Gerber processing
Develop and validate PCB libraries to ensure design accuracy and integrity
Execute part placement, electrical/DFA/DFM constraint settings, power split planning, and controlled impedance routing
Optimize layer and PCB size through feasibility analysis
Engage with hardware, mechanical, signal/power integrity, and fabrication teams for a seamless workflow
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and adapt to global time zones as needed
