The PCA will assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independence. The role also involves administering medications safely and accurately across multiple forms as prescribed, following a strict 3-step verification process (confirm resident, correct medication, and proper dosage/timing), and ensuring compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Attention to detail
• Protocol adherence
• Availability every other weekend/holidays

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course is a plus
• 1 year experience or training working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry is preferred
