About The Position

Lutheran Life Villages is hiring a full-time PCA for our Independent Living Apartments at our South Anthony Blvd campus. The primary focus of this position is cleaning common areas in the building and providing housekeeping services for members' apartments. Occasional wellness visits and one-on-one fellowship time with members as needed. If you are caring, compassionate, and reliable, apply today!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail – notices and cleans even small messes
• Reliability – shows up on time and completes tasks consistently
• Strong work ethic – takes pride in keeping spaces clean and orderly
• Time management – able to prioritize and finish tasks efficiently
• Physical stamina – comfortable with standing, bending, lifting, and moving
• Organization skills – keeps supplies and tasks well-structured
• Trustworthiness – respects privacy and handles belongings carefully
• Positive attitude – friendly, helpful, and willing to take direction
• Independence – able to work with minimal supervision
• Flexibility – adapts to changing needs or special requests
• Passion – working with the elderly population

Nice To Haves

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred
• Prior senior living experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Daily - clean assigned common areas in the building
• Daily - provide housekeeping services for individual member apartments
• Occasionally - wellness visits with members
• Occasionally - one-on-one fellowship time with members
