About The Position

Integrity In-Home Care LLC is seeking dependable, compassionate, and responsible caregivers to provide quality in-home care to clients in Charleston, South Carolina. The position involves supporting clients in their homes and following each client’s individualized care plan and agency policies. The schedule is 4–5 days per week, with shifts of 6–8 hours. Pay is competitive based on qualifications and experience, and payroll is weekly. The employer is looking to fill the position as soon as possible.

Requirements

Must be a non-smoker.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle and dependable transportation to and from the client’s home.
Must be willing to complete a drug screening and background check.
Must attend and successfully complete a meet-and-greet with the client or family before placement.
Must attend required agency orientation.
Must demonstrate reliability, compassion, professionalism, and strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and personal care as needed.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
Follow the client’s individualized care plan and agency policies.
Promptly communicate client needs, changes in condition, and concerns to the office.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliable attendance.
