The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independence, and administering medications safely and accurately across multiple forms as prescribed. A strict 3-step verification process (confirm resident, correct medication, and proper dosage/timing) must be followed, and compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors is essential. Attention to detail, protocol adherence, and availability every other weekend/holidays are also required.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course is a plus
- 1 year experience or training working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry is preferred
