About The Position

We are looking for the best PCAs / Sitters to work in North Austin, South Austin, West Austin, and surrounding areas. Requirements

• PCA MUST HAVE A STRONG WORK ETHICS, AND A CAN-DO ATTITUDE!
• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive client’s home
• Valid DL required

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to client.
• Provide preparation of meals.
• Light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide transportation. (Valid DL required)
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
• Provide an environment which promotes respect for patient, privacy and property.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions, problems and observations to supervisor.
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency through attending required in-services.
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
