Requirements

Current PCA, HHA, or CNA/GNA certification preferred or relevant experience
COVID-19 Vaccination required
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of caregiving experience
Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient, and client-centered approach
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
CPR/First Aid certification
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible scheduling including evenings or weekends

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed to meet nutritional needs
Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
