PCA Fast Track to CNA
About The Position

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is currently looking for a PCA looking to be on the fast track to working as a CNA!
Requirements
- High School education
- Basic knowledge and experience to become a CNA quickly through testing.
- Willingness to study the CNA Handbook & Skills Handbook.
Nice To Haves
- Existing CNA certification (for those who can test out).
Responsibilities
- Provide care to residents while working towards CNA certification.
- Participate in Q&A sessions with the team before testing.
- Undergo upfront training in the facility to feel comfortable in the new position.
- Gain real on-the-job experience that will help during coursework.
Benefits
- Pay for the CNA test upfront once the test is passed (Track 1).
- Facility will assist PCAs with signing up and paying for a CNA course (Track 2).
- Opportunity to work in a CNA role for up to FOUR months while finishing the course and testing out (Track 2).
- Eligible for sign-on bonus per guidelines upon certification.
