About The Position
Part-time PCA's and CNA's are needed. This position offers flexible scheduling based on client and employee availability, with opportunities for additional hours when coverage is needed. Occasional weekday fill-in shifts may also be available.
Requirements
- PCA or CNA certification/training as applicable.
- Reliable transportation.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Compassionate and patient.
- Ability to work independently.
- Weekend availability preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Previous home care experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping as needed.
- Provide companionship and supportive care.
- Follow the client's care plan and company policies.
- Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with clients and families.
