About The Position

Stress Free Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who enjoy helping seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are a locally operated, North Carolina licensed home care agency based in Stanley, NC. We are currently hiring caregivers throughout Gaston, Mecklenburg, Lincoln, Cleveland, Catawba, Iredell, Rowan, Cabarrus, and Union counties.

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, honest, and dependable
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• PCA or CNA experience welcomed
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow individualized care plans
• Commitment to providing respectful, quality care

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and daily living activities
• Provide transportation and assistance with errands when authorized
• Support clients living with Alzheimer's disease or dementia
• Document care provided and communicate client concerns to supervisors
