About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PCA or CNA to provide essential support to a client in the Gwinnett County area. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and well-being of the client while promoting their independence. This role involves providing care for a bed-bound client, including turning/repositioning, incontinence care, bathing, feeding assistance, and monitoring skin integrity.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare provider.
- Ability to work compassionately and personally with client.
- Be on time and professional
- Provide high quality care.
- Must be comfortable providing care for a bed-bound client, including turning/repositioning, incontinence care, bathing, feeding assistance, and monitoring skin integrity.
Responsibilities
- Assist patient with meal prep, bathing, hygiene and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to the client, fostering a positive environment.
- Help ensuring patient safety at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient areas, including bedding and personal items.
