About The Position

Avant Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide in-home care for a client in Barrow County, GA. This role involves assisting a client to remain safe and independent in their home.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Aide, Home Health Aide, CNA or similar role preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and meal preparation
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and assist clients safely
• Compassionate, dependable, respectful, and ethical
• Ability to pass a background check and meet hiring requirements
