About The Position
Caregivers Unlimited is seeking a compassionate, patient, and dependable PCA/CNA to provide care for a client on James Island. This role involves providing companionship, assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed. The ideal candidate will have a heart for helping others and a desire to make a meaningful difference.
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (family caregiving counts!)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and personal care
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Perform light housekeeping
- Provide transportation as needed
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
- Communicate with the family and agency regarding the client's care
