The primary purpose of this position is to perform and oversee client personal care or to assist clients in performing personal care, including meal/cooking/housekeeping services, as designated in client Care Plan. This role involves maintaining confidentiality, understanding and supporting the philosophy, policies, and standards of Immanuel Living and the Immanuel at Home Department, and maintaining the quality of client care, including compliance with the client Care Plan. It also requires maintaining appropriate boundaries with Home Care clients and not performing duties outside of the designated Care Plan or scheduled time frame for assignment.
