About The Position

Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring part time caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors in Pittsboro from 10am - 3pm. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year prior professional experience as a caregiver or PCA required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical requirements of the job
Negative TB test
Pass criminal background, drug test and reference checks
Cell phone with texting and internet capabilities

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishwashing
Accompany clients to appointments and errands
Communicate and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervisor
Maintain clients' safety and well-being at all times
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Attend required training and meetings as specified by the company
