About The Position

We are looking for motivated and compassionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow in this rewarding field. As a home care caregiver, you will provide essential services to help seniors and people with disabilities live independently in their own homes. This is a part-time position with a weekday morning shift. We offer training for those eager to learn.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• TB/PPD
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Auto Insurance
• Must be able to pass a criminal history check and a drug screening.
• Must be willing to clock in and out using electronic verification systems.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Personal Care Aide (PCA)
• 6+ months experience working in a healthcare facility or home care is preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of procedures performed by a Certified Nursing Assistant or be willing to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Participate in recreational/social activities.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report client health and safety issues, observes and documents client's behavior.
• May accompany clients to appointments.
