About The Position

We are looking for motivated and compassionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the rewarding field of home care. As a home care caregiver, you will provide essential services to help seniors and people with disabilities live independently in their own homes. We offer training for those eager to learn and grow in this field.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a criminal history check and a drug screening.
• Must be willing to clock in and out using electronic verification systems.
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• TB/PPD
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Auto Insurance

Nice To Haves

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Personal Care Aide (PCA)
• Motivated caregivers
• 6+ months experience working in a healthcare facility or home care is preferred
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of procedures performed by a Certified Nursing Assistant or be willing to be trained

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Participate in recreational/social activities.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report client health and safety issues, and observe and document client's behavior.
• May accompany clients to appointments.
