Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or personal care assistance is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities.
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus.
- Basic cooking skills and knowledge of meal preparation guidelines.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs as required.
- Support clients with memory care activities and cognitive engagement.
