About The Position

We are looking for a caregiver to work with a female client who needs full help with all ADL's and potentially a Hoyer lift transfer. The hours are Thursday-Monday 1pm-5pm Pay $18-$23/hour We are seeking experienced caregivers (PCA, HHA, CNA) who are reliable, have a heart for service, and a passion to care for the older adults to join our team. If you are looking for an opportunity to design a flexible schedule, we have several current openings with clients. The hours vary from 4-12 hour shifts on all days of the week and our caregivers can design either a part time or full time schedule.

Requirements

• Compassion and empathy is a must
• Ability to use good judgement and remain calm
• Reliable and on time
• Proof of eligibility to work in U.S.
• Can pass a background check and provide references

Nice To Haves

• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to dedicated client in their home
• Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Supply personal companionship, remain actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
• Keep order, safety and client enjoyment top of mind
• Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
• Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s condition
