PC Technician - Full Time

About The Position

We are looking for a PC Technician to provide technical support, maintain computer systems, troubleshoot IT issues, and help advance our mission of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Technology or minimum of 2 years of technology support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, MS Office products, and basic networking principles
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with all levels of personnel
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the Greater Philadelphia area

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft, Network+ or A+ Certified preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk support by phone, email, and ticketing system
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, phone, and surveillance issues
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computers and IT equipment
• Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
• Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory across all locations
• Assist with network monitoring, backups, printers, and other IT operations
• Coordinate hardware repairs, warranties, and vendor services
• Provide staff training on computers, Microsoft Office, Office 365, and approved applications
• Maintain and update IT support procedures and documentation
• Pursue ongoing technical training and stay current with IT systems
• Provide on-call, weekend, and after-hours support as needed
