Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or related field
• Strong ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a structured environment
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable with bending, standing, and moving equipment (e.g., rolling carts).

Nice To Haves

• CompTIA A+ certification preferred, but not required for strong candidates

Responsibilities

• Configure and set up computers and workstations (training provided)
• Perform routine, repeatable technical tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Manage and track IT inventory, including PCs and related equipment
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing hardware assets
• Provide basic desktop support, including troubleshooting printers and peripherals
• Follow documented procedures and instructions to complete assigned tasks
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing IT operations.
