Position Summary The role of the PC Tech Supervisor reports to the Technology Services Manager. This position is responsible for the daily oversight of the PC Tech Team.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED, required.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years previous experience in an information technology role, required.

Nice To Haves

  • Licensure and Certifications: CompTIA A+ and Network+, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts in partnership with manager
  • Serve as mentor to support PC tech team in accomplishing goals
  • Research and present recommendations for hardware, software, and vendors
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of supplies
  • Coordinate and execute significant organization department moves as it relates to technology
  • Assist with development and implantation of policies and procedures
  • Create report on technical findings
  • Provide proactive support and preventative maintenance of network systems
  • Participate in enterprise-wide application and system upgrades
  • Create, update, and ensure timely completion of helpdesk tickets
  • Partner with internal and external clients to resolve issues
  • Support multiple devices including computers, laptops, printers, and scanners
  • Assist with device imaging and replacement
