Position Summary The role of the PC Tech III reports to the PC Tech Supervisor. This position is responsible for maintaining multiple hardware components and applications. This position will assist with triage, support, and resolution of issues reported to the helpdesk. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting multiple hardware and software systems, in addition to assisting in endpoint, OS, application, and peripheral architecture.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, required.
  • Minimum 4 years previous experience in an information technology role, required.

Nice To Haves

  • CompTia A+ and Network+, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as mentor to support PC tech team in accomplishing goals
  • Create report of technical findings
  • Provide proactive support and preventative maintenance of network systems
  • Participate in enterprise-wide application and system upgrades
  • Create, update, and ensure timely completion of helpdesk tickets
  • Partner with internal and external clients to resolve issues
  • Support multiple devices including computers, laptops, printers, and scanners
  • Assist with device imaging and replacement
