About The Position

As a PC Support Specialist Intern in our Madison office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all. In this role, you will provide hardware and software support to engineers, drafters, and administrative employees on a daily basis. Within this position, you will provide support to end users in a Microsoft Windows desktop environment, Autodesk products, and Microsoft System Center.

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field.
Microsoft Office experience required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in marketing professional services, preferably within the A/E/C industry
Experience with CRM software a plus.
Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop software a plus.
Strong spoken and written communications skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
Effective working individually and within team environments.
