Pc Refresh Technician
About The Position
This resource will perform imaging, Technology Asset logistics IMAC (Windows 11/10) and general technology hardware IMAC operations at the Hyattsville, MD Depot. The ideal candidate will have a deskside support experience and have general ServiceNow experience. This person will work in the depot that perform physical asset IMAC activities (PCs, printers, scanners etc) imaging and logistics documentation in ServiceNow General Deskside Support experience: o Incidents – Software break/fix o IMACs – Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc. o Refresh o Support peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers o Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office o Experience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus o Experience with ServiceNow o Ticketing System is ServiceNow Additional Skills & Qualifications This resource will be on call from time to time for escalations after hours or weekends as required to support the customer. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hyattsville, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
