About The Position
The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) provides global intelligence, security, communications, and information operations in support of Army, Joint, and national-level missions. Headquartered at Fort Belvoir, VA, INSCOM operates in highly secure SCIF and SAP environments and maintains critical IT, C2, and network infrastructure across CONUS and OCONUS locations. The Command & Control Infrastructure Operations (C2IO) mission ensures uninterrupted delivery of networks, hardware, software, and communications capabilities that support worldwide intelligence operations. Overview Leads workstation installation, imaging, domain integration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle refresh actions for INSCOM networks.
Requirements
- Associate’s + 6 yrs or Bachelor’s + 4 yrs
- Windows admin and imaging experience
- DoDM 8140 baseline required
- TS/SCI required
Responsibilities
- Install workstations & peripherals
- Image and domain-join systems
- Provide break/fix support
- Support NIPR/SIPR/JWICS
- Execute refresh cycles
