About The Position
The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) provides global intelligence, security, communications, and information operations in support of Army, Joint, and national-level missions. Headquartered at Fort Belvoir, VA, INSCOM operates in highly secure SCIF and SAP environments and maintains critical IT, C2, and network infrastructure across CONUS and OCONUS locations. The Command & Control Infrastructure Operations (C2IO) mission ensures uninterrupted delivery of networks, hardware, software, and communications capabilities that support worldwide intelligence operations. Overview Manages INOSC 24/7 operations ensuring readiness, outage tracking, and enterprise monitoring to support mission-critical systems.
Requirements
- Associate’s + 6 yrs or Bachelor’s + 4 yrs
- Experience managing NOC/NetOps centers
- Knowledge of Army C4IM
- TS/SCI required
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-shift NetOps teams
- Maintain dashboards and reporting
- Supervise outage tracking & resolution
- Ensure SOP/TTP compliance
- Coordinate with government leads
