About The Position
The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) provides global intelligence, security, communications, and information operations in support of Army, Joint, and national-level missions. Headquartered at Fort Belvoir, VA, INSCOM operates in highly secure SCIF and SAP environments and maintains critical IT, C2, and network infrastructure across CONUS and OCONUS locations. The Command & Control Infrastructure Operations (C2IO) mission ensures uninterrupted delivery of networks, hardware, software, and communications capabilities that support worldwide intelligence operations. Overview Leads design and installation of network cable infrastructure, fiber/copper termination, rack buildup, and SCIF-compliant pathways.
Requirements
- Associate’s + 6 yrs or Bachelor’s + 4 yrs
- 10+ years experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Experience in secure facilities work
- TS/SCI required
Nice To Haves
- BICSI Technician preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys & design cable layouts
- Install fiber/copper, trays, conduit, racks
- Generate BOMs and installation timelines
- Supervise installation teams
- Support SCIF compliant builds
