About The Position
This role works in all activities of the paint department, supporting delivery schedules while maximizing productivity. Responsibilities include setting up equipment such as preparing powder, firing ovens, and adjusting equipment settings for quality. The position also serves as the primary forklift driver for the department.
Requirements
- Communicates effectively in written and spoken form.

- Works effectively in a team environment.
- Works effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
- Lift up to 50lbs.
- Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.
- Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
