About The Position

As a PBX Phone Operator at Vino Bello Resort, your role is crucial in making guests' vacations memorable through friendly and excellent service. You will extend hospitality with heart by providing information about the resort and local attractions, offering room rate quotes, and confirming reservations.
Requirements
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong phone etiquette skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Basic computer and office skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls for the resort - including external and internal communications.
- Bring smiles to guests from around the world by providing warm welcomes.
- Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups.
- Provide guests with room rate quotes.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
