Holy Cross Hospital – Jordan Valley has tripled its capacity following a major expansion, now housing 171 beds to serve its growing community. The hospital has invested substantially in advanced technology and state-of-the-art equipment, attracting a top-notch medical staff and a team of highly skilled nurses. The hospital team is dedicated to providing expert care in a warm, family-friendly environment. It is a Level III Trauma center, STEMI Cardiac receiving center, and certified stroke treatment center. The hospital was recently given the Women's Choice Award for America's 100 Best Hospitals Emergency Care and is the only designated trauma center west of I-15 in the Salt Lake Valley. This role involves operating a switchboard or telephone console to route incoming and outgoing calls. The position also includes monitoring and initiating protocols for life safety alarms. The operator will follow pre-established guidelines to perform job functions and apply knowledge of commonly used terminology, concepts, practices, and procedures within the hospital.
