Operates telephone switchboard and receive incoming calls. Uses overhead paging, two-way radios, and other communications equipment to relay messages and transfer information. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred. No specific diploma/degree required but must have acquired knowledge/skills to use correct grammar and spelling.
  • Computer experience preferred.
  • Previous switchboard experience and clerical experience desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Must be able to travel between campuses.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
