PBX OPERATOR
About The Position
This is a weekend-only position, working every Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The PBX Operator plays a vital role in supporting hospital operations by managing the facility’s telephone and communication systems. This position serves as a first point of contact for patients, visitors, physicians, and staff, ensuring calls are handled promptly, accurately, and with compassion. The PBX Operator must remain calm, professional, and attentive while working in a fast-paced, patient-focused healthcare environment. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or healthcare experience preferred
