Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required (effective 4/1/14 for all new hires).
- Previous experience in office or receptionist.
- Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous PBX experience preferred.
- Customer Services experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Answering the switchboard and pages overhead.
- Greeting and directing people to the appropriate departments.
- Monitoring the Hospital alarms.
- Being aware of the policy and procedures of all hospital emergency codes.
- Ability to communicate with the population served.
