About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and processing payroll for a large number of employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll processing and management.
• Proficiency in handling bi-monthly and weekly payroll cycles.
• Strong skills in reconciliation and processing of payroll for a large number of employees.
• Experience with payroll tax, deductions, and garnishments.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
• Experience with multi-local payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Process daily manual payroll calculations accurately and efficiently.
• Make corporate payroll adjustments on a weekly basis.
• Handle processing of bi-monthly and weekly payroll cycles.
• Manage payroll for at least 300 employees each week.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of payroll records.
• Process payroll taxes, deductions, and garnishments.
