This position is responsible for processing and reconciling multiple bi-weekly payrolls in a timely manner, coordinating additional payrolls as needed. It also involves maintaining payroll records for wage garnishments, 401k and other benefit deductions, and processing and payment of non-standard wages such as commissions, bonuses, expense reimbursements, and relocation. The role requires creating reports using ADP Workforce Now Reporting Tools and MS Excel, supporting equity compensation vesting and exercise processing, and assisting with audit processes for both internal and external auditors. A high level of integrity and maturity is essential due to the sensitive nature of the information. Additional duties include identifying and recommending solutions to improve payroll processing, following up on tax filing or payroll problems, reconciling bi-weekly taxes and benefit amounts, reconciling quarterly and annual tax reporting, and assisting employees with payroll inquiries. Timekeeping system maintenance is also part of the role, along with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma and 3+ years experience required
  • 3+ years of processing payroll in the United States and Canada
  • 3+ years of processing high volume payroll (1000+ employees)
  • Experience processing payroll within ADP WFN
  • Past experience has demonstrated a high level of integrity and maturity
  • Detail oriented, organized and able to communicate across functional departments.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, positive attitude and high integrity.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite and internet based applications.
  • Work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of service.

Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile multiple bi-weekly payrolls in a timely manner; coordinating additional payrolls as needed.
