The Payroll Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for payroll and payroll-related reporting that support data-driven decision making and operational integrity. By delivering consistent, accurate payroll and promptly resolving discrepancies, the Payroll Specialist directly supports employee satisfaction, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
