Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in payroll
  • Experience with ADP (Workforce Now)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Ability to identify and resolve payroll issues
  • Basic knowledge of local and federal labor laws and regulations related to payroll
  • International payroll experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies
  • Proficient in Excel

Responsibilities

  • Review and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payrolls (/bi-weekly/semimonthly/monthly)
  • Work with offshore team in managing various payroll tasks
  • Process International Payrolls
  • Assist in special requests and projects
  • Process bonus and equity transactions through payroll
  • Collaborate with the business to ensure timeliness of timecard submission and answer any timecards inquires
  • Maintain interface from Workday to ADP
  • Keep ADP up to date with new hires, terminations, and changes
  • Prepare payroll reports for management and auditors
  • Partner with ADP to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure payroll is accurate
  • Maintain SOX payroll controls through reconciliations, approvals, documentation and audit support.
