The Payroll Specialist will fulfill the following duties: Create work orders, utilizing the most appropriate CTI while accurately and thoroughly capturing structured data for each issue to provide audit trails and statistical analysis. Ability to identify inefficiencies to the existing processes within Operations and document current processes. Ability to understand questions/issues presented by the field managers to take full ownership of the resolution. Provide support to answer incoming calls during high call volume times, according to established procedures and performance standards. Make recommendations of process changes; provide documentation and testing to implement process changes and provide training for the team. Provide knowledgeable support for all payroll applications (including SAP, MySTAFF, MyRequests and other applications) and based on interactions within those applications, make recommendations for future improvements/enhancements. Process and respond to emails according to standard procedures. Process off cycle checks according to standard procedures. Complete necessary corrections listed on internal data audits. Provide customer service leadership on projects involving multiple teams within the department. Recognize issues or trending work orders; raise questions about the impact to others and or other applications while providing some troubleshooting and resolutions suggestions. Perform other team-specific tasks as assigned.
