Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of current federal, state, and local polices as well as employee compensation and benefits as they pertain to each of the various Medical Groups supported under the CS Medical Care Foundation.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the research, processing and communication of pay changes in a timely fashion to employees and managers.
  • Timecard processing.
  • Retro pay calculations.
  • Lump sum payments, adjustments and manual checks.
  • Voluntary and involuntary deductions.
  • Generating government reports and ad hoc reports associated with wages, time accruals, fte / salary history, EEO1, BLS, etc.
