About The Position
The Senior Payroll Transformation PM will lead the end-to-end payroll transformation program, ensuring all phases from planning to deployment are executed effectively. They will coordinate with various teams, manage budgets, and prepare executive reporting. The role involves driving payroll process design and testing, as well as managing stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the PM will identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in payroll transformation
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
- Knowledge of payroll operations and compliance
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting
- Familiarity with global payroll processes
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ADP-to-Oracle migrations
- Familiarity with U.S. and U.K. payroll systems
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Scrum
- Knowledge of advanced Microsoft 365 tools
- Experience with enterprise planning tools like Smartsheet
