About The Position

We are seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations across a multi-location organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can manage high-volume payroll with tight deadlines. This role is also expected to bring a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance payroll processes, systems, and reporting as the company continues to grow. Due to the nature of the role, onsite presence in our Moorpark office is strongly preferred to support daily processing, reporting, and coordination with HR.

  • Manage payroll data through advanced Excel functions including imports, exports, and mass updates
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and meet strict payroll submission deadlines
  • Support payroll reporting, audits, and system improvements
  • Enter payroll journals and accruals into financial systems as needed
  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Operations on payroll, onboarding, and compensation changes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries
  • Provide reporting and insights related to payroll and compensation trends
