The Payroll Manager will oversee and execute accurate, compliant, and timely weekly payroll processing for over 6,000 team members across 18 states, with continued expansion into new markets. This role partners closely with another Payroll Manager to ensure smooth payroll operations, compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and continuous improvement of payroll processes. The Payroll Manager will also support acquisitions, lead payroll-related projects, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency and compliance. We are realigning tasks and reworking processes to create a more streamlined flow, as well as automating as possible. Support will be needed on all projects from planning, designing, troubleshooting and implementation. On going maintenance in these areas may be required. These areas include, but are not limited to, unemployment processing, benefit time allocation, union dues deductions / remittance, weekly /monthly reconciliation of items connected to payroll deductions and more.
