With a strong foundation of client relationships, acquisitions, and growth potential, we are in the process of standing up new systems, processes, and controls to support our next phase of expansion. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the tax infrastructure of a high-growth platform from the ground up. The Payroll Manager plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery across the organization. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll administration for employees in the USA, Canada, and the UK, while also serving as a key contributor to the company’s Workday HCM implementation and ongoing optimization. Reporting to the Global HR Operations & Services Leader, the Payroll Manager partners closely with HR, Benefits, Finance, vendors, and employees to ensure payroll processes are executed with precision, strong controls, and a high level of service. This role blends hands-on payroll execution with process improvement and system enablement, helping modernize and scale payroll operations as the organization grows. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments—bringing strong payroll expertise, multi-country knowledge, and the ability to support HR technology initiatives.
