In this role, you’ll manage the full payroll process for all Team Members across multiple restaurant brands, ensuring every paycheck is handled with accuracy, compliance, and care. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong math, organization, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Quick learner with new technology

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Paycom
  • General accounting experience (accounts payable/receivable, etc.)
  • Guest-serviced focused

Responsibilities

  • Process and oversee bi-weekly payroll for all Team Members
  • Maintain accurate Team Member data within the payroll system
  • Maintain oversight on processes for new hires, pay rate changes, status updates, etc.
  • Respond to payroll related “Ask Here” inquiries that come in via Paycom
  • Enter and reconcile wages, bonuses, deductions, and other compensation items
  • Manage wage verifications, garnishments, and payroll adjustments
  • Prepare and submit various federal and state payroll-related reports
  • Collaborate with location managers and fellow People Operations partners on Team Member matters
  • Serve as Personnel Action Forms (PAF) and Paid Time Off (PTO) lead for the People Operations Team
  • Assist with benefits invoice and health premium reconciliations
  • Stale check management
  • Manage Georgia separation notices
