The Payroll Manager is the operational backbone of AMP's HR function. This role owns two of the most employee-facing responsibilities in the organization; payroll and benefits. This person is accountable for executing each with precision, confidentiality, and a service mindset. When an employee has a question about their paycheck, their health insurance, or their PTO balance, this is the person they trust to get it right. Working closely with the VP of Human Resources and CFO and in partnership with the broader HR team, the Payroll Manager ensures that AMP's people's infrastructure runs accurately and efficiently across all locations. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable navigating complex payroll scenarios as they are walking a new hire through their benefits options. They are detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and genuinely committed to the employee experience.
