Collins companies. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of payroll for union and non-union employees while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, collective bargaining agreements, prevailing wage requirements, and company policies. The Payroll Manager serves as the owner of the payroll function and is responsible for developing a high-performing team, strengthening internal controls, improving processes, leveraging technology and automation, and partnering with Operations, Human Resources, Accounting, and executive leadership to deliver exceptional payroll services across the organization.
