About The Position

Insperity is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely implementation of payroll and supporting services, aiming for client retention, growth, and satisfaction. Key duties include onboarding new clients, analyzing and inputting payroll data, processing payroll, and reviewing payroll reports for distribution. The specialist will also provide support to clients during the implementation phase and act as a trusted advisor to internal partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 - 6 years’ payroll or relevant experience.
• FPC or CPP Certification or completion of FLSA PayTrain module (85%).

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new assigned clients, with various client company structures and in multiple states/localities, to payroll and provides related services to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
• Execute client relationship strategy that instills trust in the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services for high volume of small-to medium-sized clients.
• Review payroll data supplied by clients for accuracy and completeness.
• Input and balance payroll data accurately.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Process payroll; review/analyze payroll reports for accuracy and distribute to clients.
