About The Position

Payroll & HR Shared Services Coordinator Bud Clary Auto Group Are you looking for an opportunity to break into HR or Payroll? We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Shared Services Coordinator to join our Payroll team. In this role you will support both HR and Payroll by processing employee lifecycle changes, from new hire setup and status changes to terminations, ensuring accuracy across all systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 6 months or more of experience in an office, administrative, payroll, or HR support environment preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Must be 18 years or older

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems a plus

Responsibilities

  • Audit and verify new hire information and ensure accurate setup across HR, Payroll, and accounting systems
  • Review employee timecards for accuracy and compliance, including overtime and missed meal periods
  • Process employee data changes including compensation adjustments, promotions, and department transfers
  • Support onboarding, status changes, and terminations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain organized and accurate employee records in accordance with company policies
  • Collaborate with managers and HR to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity
  • Assist with reporting and audits related to payroll, timekeeping, and employee data
