We’re hiring a Intern: HR Shared Services at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO , and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The intern's responsibilities for HR Shared Services include updating/creating standard operating procedures, verifying the completeness and accuracy of the new hire process, auditing employee records, and supporting other HR duties as needed. Requirements

  • Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree and have an interest in Human Resources
  • You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
  • You have high attention to detail
  • You have excellent communication skills: written and oral
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

  • Update/create standard operating procedures
  • Verify new hire process are complete and accurate
  • Audit employee records
  • Support other HR duties as needed
